  • We only collect what you type into our catering and holiday order forms, plus basic, anonymous visitor statistics.
  • We use it to answer you, prepare your quote or order, and send you a confirmation. Nothing else.
  • We never sell your information or add you to a marketing list. Email us any time to see, correct or delete what we have.

Who we are

Willieboy's Barbecue is a family-run food truck and catering business based in Apopka, Florida, serving Orlando and Central Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through willieboysbbq.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through the forms on this site.

  • Catering inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, guest count, event location, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message box.
  • Holiday order form: your name, email address, phone number, the items and quantities you request, and any notes you add.

We do not take payment on this website and never ask for card details here. If you go ahead with a catering job or holiday order, we send you an invoice separately, and the payment provider handles your card information under its own privacy policy.

Like most websites, we also collect basic, anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and the type of device and browser used. We cannot identify you from this data and we do not try to.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and put together a quote or confirm an order.
  • To send you an automatic confirmation email so you know we received your request.
  • To keep a record of the inquiries and orders we have handled, so we can look back at what you asked for if you call.
  • To understand which parts of the website people find useful, so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information with anyone, and we do not add you to any newsletter or marketing list. If you hear from us, it is about something you asked for.

Who else sees it

We are a small business and rely on a few well-known services to run the website and handle your requests. They only see your information in order to do their job for us.

  • Google: form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet and confirmation emails are sent through Gmail. Google Analytics provides the anonymous visitor statistics, and our truck schedule is loaded from a public Google Calendar, which receives no information about you.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the website and protects it from attacks. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request details in order to serve the pages.
  • Our invoicing provider: if you proceed with an order or event, we send the invoice through our point-of-sale system, which handles any payment under its own privacy policy.

Beyond these services, we only share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. These cookies do not contain your name or contact details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work.

When holiday ordering is open, the items in your order are saved in your own browser so they are still there if you come back to the page. That information stays on your device, is not sent to us until you submit the order, and clears when you empty the order or clear your browser data.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and order records as part of our normal business records so we can refer back to past events and orders. If you would like your information removed, email us and we will delete it unless we need to keep it for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser. Submitting a form is always optional; if you would rather not, give us a call instead.

Children

This website is for adults planning events and ordering food. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted a form, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Keeping things simple matters to us, so we do not expect that to happen often.
